| A Note before you start |
a. Kindly Note that Online Submission of General Information Form is very important alongwith HARDCOPY Submission. The hard copies submitted along with all documents will be matched with the data submitted online. However HARDCOPY data will be assumed to be correct in case of descripancy.
b. Avoid using special characters in data boxes. If at all, they are necessary give '\' before the special character.(eg. D'souza as D\'souza)
c. The Empanelment Committee in its meeting dated 22.04.2002 took a decisions that ISO 9001-200 for design, development and documentation of software will be considered equivalent to SEI-CMM level 3
