Bhandara
Bhandara is known as District of Ponds. Famous for bumper crop of rice and bamboo plantations, its traditional craft of manufacturing metal utensils and the thriving mining industry are its principal activities. Gaymukh, Chandpur, Korambhi, Nagzeera Sanctuary, the memorial to first Marathi poet Mukundraj at Pavni are some important tourist places.
